POD (Print-on-demand) is a business printing model. Print-on-demand service, fulfill a product especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.
Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
DTG (Direct-to-garment) printing is a high-quality process that uses specialized inkjet technology to print full-color designs directly onto textiles. It offers vibrant, durable prints with a soft feel, closely resembling traditional screen. Unlike cheap heat transfers, DTG prints are long-lasting and comfortable.
First of all send us an email at info@darksun.gr and describe us the problem you have. Size exchanges are not acceptable. To avoid the consuming process of exchanging a product, please have a look at the size chart and choose your size according to the instructions. In case of any dissatisfaction, please send us an email first and we will surely find a solution!
Yes, all of our orders are shipped with tracking number. You will find the code in a follow up email when the products are shipped.
If something arrives wrong or damaged, send a photo of the goods to info@darksun.gr, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If your address was written wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address and after that, order will be shipped again with an extra charge of new shipping.
